NF (the group name for Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1), NF2-related-Schwannomatosis (NF2) and Schwannomatosis (SWN)) can come with a host of other ailments. To name but a few, epilepsy, blindness, deafness, autism, potentially an increased chance of breast cancer; all these bring consequences. Sometimes these consequences mean that people can’t leave the house, or may have trouble getting around. This is why our home visits are important for people living with NF. However, these visits are costly, and your donation would go a long way to providing these important consultations. Based on a year's worth of your monthly donation, you could improve the lives of six isolated people living with NF.
