It’s hard to describe to anyone who’s never needed specialist support how important information can be. Long nagging questions get answered. Progress gets made. Reassurance can fix a lot of life’s ailments (though not everything), and even when our concerns aren’t able to be truly fixed; information is the first step on the road to regaining your life.
